On a beautiful fall evening of October 7, 2025, the Flamingos and the Falcons faced off at the BHi Brantford 2 for an exhilarating game of ball hockey. The Flamingos displayed a superior performance and secured a glorious victory.
The game started with an intense energy as the Flamingos took an early lead in the first period with two impressive even-strength goals. Cole Bonney, assisted by Lucien Michaud, broke the deadlock at 4:10, quickly followed by Harrison Cole’s thunderbolt, thanks to the assist from Mason Plante at 2:03.
The Falcons attempted to claw their way back into the game in the second period as Jackson Swayze, assisted by Carter Irwin, slotted a goal at 8:01. However, tense moments followed for the Flamingos when Oliver Dougherty was given a two-minute penalty for tripping at 7:54. The Flamingos, however, managed to hold their fort during this testing time.
The third period witnessed an even greater display of teamwork and skill from the Flamingos. Mason Plante, assisted by Harrison Cole, added another goal to the Flamingos’ tally at 8:51. Harrison Cole, who was already having a breakout game, secured the victory for the Flamingos with an additional goal at 7:13, assisted by Cienna Vicano.
The game ended on a high note for the Flamingos, with a fantastic show of offense and defense. The Flamingos outshot the Falcons 17-10, showcasing their dominance in the game.
