Shamrocks Overpower Thundercocks in a Riveting Match!

The Shamrocks and The Thundercocks faced off in a thrilling ball hockey game on October 1, 2025 at BHi Brantford 1. It was a night filled with action and unforgettable plays that had the audience on the edge of their seats.

The Shamrocks started strong, with Mitch Miller scoring the first goal of the game in the first period. The second period saw an exchange of exciting goals, with Tyler Greenway and Brandon Jacusiw adding two more goals for the Shamrocks. Rob Hopf and Aaron Hart for The Thundercocks also made their mark on the scoreboard, showing some incredible teamwork with assists from Sivan Buttar and James Mclean respectively.

However, it was Seth Verrips from the Shamrocks who stole the show, scoring back-to-back in the second period! The third period continued to be dominated by Shamrocks with Mitch Miller scoring another goal, assisted by Seth Verrips, and Brandon McCready solidifying the lead with the final goal of the night.

At the end of this fast-paced match, it was a clear victory for the Shamrocks, who outplayed their competitors with a combination of skilled offence and stellar defence. The final shot count also reflected their dominance, with 32 shots for the Shamrocks and 24 for The Thundercocks.

The referees Jaymz Easton and Jacob Gerrard acknowledged the fair play from both sides, making this game a clean and enjoyable one for all. What an incredible evening of youth ball hockey!
