The electric atmosphere at BHi Brantford 2 on the evening of November 3, 2025, witnessed the Trash Pandas clashing sticks with The Snipe Clan in a thrilling ball hockey quarter-finals game. The crowd was buzzing with energy as the Trash Pandas emerged victorious, demonstrating their superior skill and teamwork.
The game got off to a fantastic start with Connor Mackinnon of Trash Pandas scoring the first goal of the game in the 7th minute of the first period. The Pandas’ offence was in full swing as Dylan House, Jake Dawson, James Colwell, Owen Blank and Lucas Johnston also found the back of the net numerous times, with Johnston scoring twice. The Snipe Clan fought back hard, with commendable goals scored by Sandy Porter and Mitchell VanEvery, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Trash Pandas’ strong offense.
Amidst the goal-fest, there were also some tense moments in the second period when Brandon Hill of The Snipe Clan and Connor Mackinnon of Trash Pandas found themselves on the penalty bench with ‘Unsportsmanlike Conduct’ penalties.
However, the game resumed its normal pace, with the Trash Pandas dominating the game. The Snipe Clan did manage to put up a fight, but it was the Trash Pandas who ended up celebrating as the final whistle blew, securing their place in the next stage of the competition.
It was a night of unforgettable action and sporting spirit at the BHi Brantford 2.
