The Galaxy came out strong, with Carter Hamilton opening the scoring just 12 minutes into the first period. Not long after, Mason Russell and Xaiver Hycza added to Galaxy’s tally, making it 3-0. But the Gators wouldn’t be silenced, as Logan Barkman managed to score a goal before the first interval.
