On the chilly evening of October 9th, 2025, a ball hockey game brimming with energy took place at BHi Brantford 2. The Dickens Cider team faced off against The Thundercocks in what turned out to be a thrilling contest of skill and strategy.
From the first period, Dickens Cider took control of the game, with Noah Bolton scoring the first goal just under three minutes in. The second period saw a surge from both teams. Tyler Huff from the Dickens Cider team and James Mclean from The Thundercocks both marked the scoreboard, making the crowd cheer in excitement.
As the game moved into the third period, the energy on the field and amongst the spectators was electrifying. James Mclean once again struck gold for The Thundercocks, with an assist from Mike Balog. However, Dickens Cider answered back with a powerful performance. Noah Bolton once again took the puck to the opponent’s goal, with assists from Josef Sorensen and Ethan Soltis, while Tyler Huff and Josef Sorensen also added to the score sheet, with Cameron Husk and Noah Bolton providing the assists respectively.
The Dickens Cider team’s strategy and teamwork really shone through, as they dominated the game with 26 shots to The Thundercocks’ 9. It was truly a night to remember for the Dickens Cider team, who emerged as the victors of this exciting match. Great job to both teams for displaying such sportsmanship and skill!
