On September 12, 2025, spectators at BHi Brantford 2 were thrilled by an exciting match between the Caraiboozers and Willow Lake. The fast-paced game kept everyone on the edge of their seats, culminating in a Caraiboozers’ victory.
The game started off with a bang, as the Caraiboozers’ Don Pauze scored just four minutes and eight seconds into the first period, with assists from Chiara Carinci and Seth Verrips. Willow Lake retaliated quickly with a goal by Damen McEachern, bringing the score to a tie. The first period saw two more goals from each side, ending the period at a nail-biting 3-3.
In the second period, the Caraiboozers took control of the game with Don Pauze scoring two more times and Jocelyn General adding another to the tally. The thrilling second period saw the Caraiboozers pull ahead to a 6-3 lead.
The third period only added to the excitement. A goal by Jocelyn General increased the Caraiboozers’ lead. However, Willow Lake’s Damen McEachern managed to sneak one more goal, but it wasn’t enough to bridge the gap. The game ended with a captivating Caraiboozers win.
The referees Jeremiah Gerrard and Sean Gairns ensured a fair game for all, while timekeeper Devon Harrington kept things running smoothly.
