Bisons Stampede the Hornets in Thrilling Encounter!

On a sunny Saturday afternoon, September 20th, 2025, the Bisons took on the Hornets at the BHi Brantford 2 and emerged victorious in a thrilling youth ball hockey encounter.

The Bisons started the game with a bang! In the first period, Logan Perry and Landyn Waters both found the back of the net for the Bisons, with Waters’ goal assisted by Perry. The Hornets were unable to answer back in the first period, leaving the score at 2-0 for the Bisons.

As the second period began, the Hornets came out with a sting. Jaxon Bennett, assisted by Lincoln Aitchison, scored for the Hornets. Unfortunately, their buzz was short-lived as Emmett Parry and Jack Lawson swiftly responded with two goals for the Bisons. Not to be outdone, Parry struck twice more, marking a hat trick and extending the Bisons’ lead.

In the third period, Lincoln Aitchison managed to score for the Hornets, but it was not enough to overcome the Bisons’ lead. Despite a late penalty for Jack Lawson of the Bisons, the team held strong and emerged victorious.

When the final whistle blew, the Bisons had triumphed over the Hornets with a total of 6 goals to the Hornets’ 2. Despite the loss, the Hornets put up a valiant fight, and both teams showed great sportsmanship. Special congratulations to Emmett Parry of the Bisons on his remarkable hat trick. The game was a fantastic display of youth ball hockey, and we are looking forward to the next one!
