Battle of Titans: Empire Triumphs over Gladiators!

On the afternoon of October 16, 2025, the sports enthusiasts gathered at BHi Brantford 1 to witness an energetic ball hockey game. The Empire faced off against the Gladiators in a match that kept everyone on the edge of their seats.

The Empire opened the scoring within the first four minutes of the game, thanks to an impressive goal by Andre Greene. This was soon followed by another goal from Johnathan Jantzi in the second period, putting the Empire in a strong position.

However, the Gladiators were not ready to back down so easily. Lucas Rocha, assisted by Ryder Latendresse, scored in the third period, narrowing the gap. This regained some momentum for the Gladiators, but it was short-lived.

The Empire responded immediately with two back-to-back goals. First, Cameron Blagdon found the net with an assist from Andre Greene. Then, Johnathan Jantzi, assisted by Phoenix Pemberton and Andre Greene, scored his second goal of the game, sealing the fate of the match.

Despite the valiant efforts of the Gladiators and a gripping performance from both sides, the Empire emerged as the winners. With 29 shots compared to the Gladiators’ 11, the Empire displayed sterling offense throughout the match.

The game also saw some heated moments with penalties being handed out to both teams. Sophie Allen from the Empire and Bentley Agoston from the Gladiators each spent two minutes in the penalty box, adding to the drama of the game.
