It was a blazing afternoon on November 1, 2025, at BHi Brantford 1, as the 12 to 14 Dragons faced off the Gladiators in an adrenaline-pumping ball hockey showdown. This game, originally scheduled for October 30, was worth the wait as the Dragons emerged victorious in the end.
The Dragons set the tone early, netting two goals in the first period thanks to the superb teamwork of Brodie Willgren and Noah Khimji, each assisted by Noah Parry. The Gladiators fought back valiantly in the second period, with Ryder Latendresse slipping two past the Dragon’s defense. However, the Dragons extended their lead with goals from Noah Parry, Masen Buscombe, and Elijah Khimji.
As the game progressed into the final period, Elijah Khimji, assisted by Hudsyn Hoskin, found the net again for the Dragons, increasing their lead. Despite Bentley Agoston scoring for the Gladiators, the Dragons maintained their dominance throughout the game, concluding it as the triumphant team.
Both teams gave their all, with the Dragons making 27 shots and the Gladiators not far behind with 25. Both teams demonstrated excellent sportsmanship and skill, making it a thrilling game to witness.
