On the cool evening of October 8, 2025, the Bandits faced off against the NFG(Cr) team at the BHi Brantford 1 venue. The game was a thrilling showcase of skill and sportsmanship, with the Bandits emerging victorious.
The first period kicked off with a bang! Eight minutes into the game, Cody Summers of the Bandits netted an even strength goal, assisted by Jimmy Sheaves and Preston Burr. NFG(Cr) countered in the second period with a goal by Wes Whitlow, but their momentum was short-lived.
The Bandits came back stronger, with Brandon Crisps firing a goal into the net just three minutes later. Cody Summers, showing his exceptional prowess, scored his second goal of the night, assisted by Zach Robb. The crowd cheered wildly as the Bandits took the lead 3-1.
In the third period, Brandon Crisps, in a dazzling display of skill, scored his second goal of the night, assisted by Preston Burr, sealing the victory for the Bandits.
The NFG(Cr) team fought back valiantly, but the Bandit’s defense was impenetrable, effectively restricting NFG(Cr) to just 4 shots on goal against their 29.
The only penalty of the game was given to Aaron Hill of the NFG(Cr) for a two-minute bench minor.
With this energetic performance, the Bandits proved their mettle on the field. Both teams showed great sportsmanship and left the audience eagerly looking forward to their next faceoff.
