Regina Hares Hop to Victory Against The Gamblers

On a thrilling night of October 14, 2025, at the grand BHi Brantford 2 arena, the Regina Hares and The Gamblers came head-to-head in a thrilling ball hockey showdown that had the crowd on the edge of their seats. The Hares exhibited a strong performance, ultimately defeating The Gamblers in an exciting match.

The game took off with Andrew Basso of the Regina Hares scoring the first goal, assisted by Mitchell Hartman and Jacob Stamp, just seven minutes and forty-three seconds into the first period. The Hares went on to score two more goals in the first period, courtesy of Lincoln Humphries and Philip Izzi, making the period a Hares dominated one.

The Gamblers weren’t left behind in the second period, though. Randon Green managed to put his team on the scoreboard, scoring their first goal eight minutes and eleven seconds into the second period. Marshall Powless later added another goal for The Gamblers, keeping the crowd intrigued.

The game reached a high point in the third period when both teams demonstrated their full potential. The Gamblers mounted a valiant comeback attempt with Marshall Powless, Kalem Powless, and Randon Green each scoring one goal, keeping the audience in suspense. However, the Hares managed to maintain their lead with Nathan Bonney scoring a critical goal with just three minutes and thirty-five seconds remaining.

Despite their efforts, The Gamblers fell short, and the Regina Hares emerged victorious. Thanks to the impressive performances by Andrew Basso, Lincoln Humphries, and Nathan Bonney, all of whom scored some spectacular goals, the team was able to celebrate a well-deserved victory.
