On a sunny day at the BHi Brantford 2, a thrilling game of ball hockey took place. The Phatletes and The Smoke battled fiercely on October 26, 2025, with the Phatletes emerging victorious in a nail-biting finish.
The Smoke started strong, with Ryan Crabb, assisted by Joe Scharbach, scoring an even-strength goal within the first 3 minutes of the game. Not long after, Tyson Hearn, assisted by Greg Prangley and Joe Scharbach, scored another goal for The Smoke, leaving the Phatletes trailing behind as the first period ended.
The second period saw the Phatletes return with renewed vigor. Tyler Carnahan unlocked the Phatletes’ score, making an unassisted even-strength goal.
