The evening of October 7, 2025, was a night to remember at the BHi Brantford 2, as it hosted a heart-stopping game between The Rocks and Netflix and Phils. The final scoreline read in favor of Netflix and Phils.
The game started with a bang as Lucas Johnston from Netflix and Phils opened the scoreline with an even strength goal, assisted by Isaac Thompson. Johnston didn’t waste any time and netted another goal, putting Netflix and Phils in a commanding position. However, Seth Verrips pulled one back for The Rocks, making the game more competitive.
The second period continued in the same fashion as Lucas Johnston scored his third goal of the night, once again putting Netflix and Phils in the lead. The Rocks’ Mark Butler responded with a goal of his own, maintaining the intensity of the match.
In the third period, The Rocks fought back vigorously with goals from Seth Verrips and Anthony Delry. Just when it seemed that the game could swing in either direction, Lucas Johnston broke The Rocks’ hopes with another goal, his fourth of the night. Austin McColl sealed the game for Netflix and Phils with a goal in the last minutes.
The game was not without its penalties as Chris Scott from The Rocks was penalized for high sticking in the first period.
All in all, it was a spectacular performance by Lucas Johnston, who led Netflix and Phils to an exciting victory. It was a captivating game of ball hockey that kept the spectators on the edge of their seats till the very end. Can’t wait for the next game!
