On the cool evening of October 24, 2025, the Pigeons and The Last Resorts clashed in a thrilling game of youth ball hockey at BHi Brantford 1. The Last Resorts took the victory, showcasing their skills and teamwork.
The first period saw an exciting start with Ryan Johnson of The Last Resorts scoring two even-strength goals, proving his prowess. The second period was a flurry of activity, with Johnson adding another goal to his tally. Despite Raine Hernden of the Pigeons retaliating with a goal, The Last Resorts continued their offensive onslaught with goals from Kaylee Whitlow and Sass Powless.
The Pigeons fought back in the third period, determined not to be outdone. Tripp Balaga scored two impressive goals, assisted by Raine Hernden, Mary Parry, and Maddie Lefler.
