On the cool afternoon of October 19, 2025, the Lady Jokers hosted the Brantford Royals – Ladies in an action-packed ball hockey game, that had fans on the edge of their seats. The game showcased an amazing display of teamwork and individual brilliance as the Lady Jokers triumphed over their rivals.
The first period of the game started furiously with Sam Miller of the Lady Jokers finding the back of the net just 2 minutes and 58 seconds into play, assisted by Samantha Robdrup. Not long after, Crystal Campbell increased the Lady Jokers’ lead with a brilliant solo effort. However, the Brantford Royals didn’t back down so easily, Kherington Gifford managed to pull one back for the Royals, with an assist from Ashlee Allen, ending the first period on a high note.
The second period was no less exciting. Sam Miller, in an astonishing display of skill, scored her second of the game just under 4 minutes in, followed by Patty Sager extending the Lady Jokers’ lead off a pass from Terri Lynn Reid.
The final period saw Patty Sager notch her second goal of the game with an assist from Samantha Robdrup, ultimately sealing a well-deserved Victory for the Lady Jokers.
The final score was a testament to the Lady Jokers’ undying spirit and exceptional performance, with Sam Miller, Crystal Campbell, and Patty Sager receiving the 1st, 2nd and 3rd stars of the game respectively for their outstanding contributions.
