Jaguars Outlast Mustangs in Thrilling Shootout!

It was an action-packed day on October 4, 2025, as the Jaguars and the Mustangs faced off at BHi Brantford 2. The fans were at the edge of their seats as the game concluded with a thrilling shootout, landing the Jaguars a hard-fought victory.

The match opened with the Mustangs’ Kieran Zacher scoring the opening goal, followed by a reply from the Jaguars’ Colten Valletta, both in the first period. The second period saw a flurry of goals, with Jayda Hammer from the Mustangs and Liam Cole, Mateo Petitti, and Liam Cole again from the Jaguars, scoring for their respective teams.

The third period was a rollercoaster with both teams exchanging goals. Noah Clark and Tyson Gee (with two goals) for the Mustangs, and Brayden VanAssen and Riley Guzar for the Jaguars, managed to find the net. Lincoln Cornell scored a late goal for the Mustangs, forcing the game into a shootout.

In the definitive moment, the Jaguars’ Ryker Hebb proved to be the hero of the day, scoring the decisive goal in the shootout. Despite the Mustangs’ best efforts, they could not outdo the Jaguars, who emerged victoriously.
