Hornets Swarm the Mustangs in an Action-Packed Match!

On the bright afternoon of November 5, 2025, the Hornets and the Mustangs clashed at the BHi Brantford 1 venue in an exhilarating ball hockey match. The showdown was a Round Robin match, the 1st versus the 7th, and the intensity of the game spoke volumes about the spirit of the teams.

The Hornets, visiting the Mustangs, took control of the game from the get-go. The team’s star player, Ryan Webb, netted the first goal with 9 minutes and 54 seconds left in the first period, and the Hornets never looked back. With swift assists from his teammates, notably Lincoln Aitchison and Reid Cole, Webb scored three more goals in the opening period. Jaxon Bennett and Reid Cole also contributed to the Hornets’ powerful offense, bringing the score to 5-0.

However, the Mustangs weren’t going to go down without a fight. Lincoln Cornell, with an assist from Lucas Rocha, managed to get the Mustangs on the scoreboard with 3 minutes and 9 seconds left in the first period.

The second period saw both teams trading goals, with Reid Cole scoring for the Hornets, and Mason Cutmore and Lincoln Cornell netting for the Mustangs. The spectators were on the edge of their seats as the fast-paced game continued.
