The game started with a bang as Rhys MacDonald, from the Grizzlies, scored the first goal just eight minutes into the game. MacDonald’s efforts were rewarded with two more goals during the match, establishing him as a key player of the game.
Camille Schaaf also proved instrumental in the Grizzlies’ victory, contributing two goals and an assist. Declan Paul, who scored the third goal for the Grizzlies in the first period, Xaiver Hycza, who scored and assisted a goal, Emmett White, who scored and assisted two goals, and Jace Lesky, who also scored two goals and assisted one, all added to the Grizzlies’ dominant performance.
The Huskies fought hard and managed to score twice, thanks to Deaken Boyd and Jaze Foster-Clarkson, with admirable assists from Caleb Predojevic, Ella Jackson, Benson Lepage, and Xzavier Martin. Despite their efforts, they weren’t able to match the Grizzlies’ ferocious play.
