On the sunny afternoon of August 21, 2025, the Stingrays faced off against the Hornets in a lively ball hockey game at BHi Brantford 2. The crowd was cheering, the players were pumped, and the anticipation was high.
The game kicked off with an explosive start, as both teams traded goals frequently in the first period. Benjamin Veber of the Hornets opened the scoring, but the Stingrays quickly struck back with goals from Matthew Thompson and Keaton Bradish. However, the Hornets were persistent, with Veber notching another goal and Andre Greene and Lucas Rocha adding to the tally. Despite the Hornets’ efforts, the Stingrays kept up the pressure with additional goals from Liam Torelli, Masen Buscombe, and another from Bradish.
