In a game that will be long remembered by Bisons’ fans, the Bisons charged to an exciting victory over the Grizzlies on August 16, 2025 at the BHi Brantford 2 venue. The game was a part of the Round Robin and marked a clash between the 2nd and 3rd ranked teams.
The game started off with a bang with Ryker Leduc of the Bisons finding the net in the 9th minute, assisted by Nick Price. The Bisons didn’t let up the pressure, with Hridhaan Balothia and Nick Price scoring back-to-back goals, giving the Bisons a comfortable lead. Before the end of the first period, Ryker Leduc struck again, widening the gap even further.
As the second period began, Nick Price continued the Bison’s scoring spree. Ray Hill White also found his name on the score sheet, with an assist from Hridhaan Balothia. Ryker Leduc and Nick Price added to the Bison’s tally, ending the second period on a high for the Bisons.
Despite the Grizzlies’ Ayden Schieman’s best efforts, who managed to score two goals in the third period, the Bisons maintained their domination. Goals from Hridhaan Balothia, Patrick Lockhart and Nathan Price sealed a convincing victory for the Bisons. The Grizzlies managed to sneak in another goal in the last minute, with Ayden Schieman assisting a Default Player, but it was too little, too late.
In a game marked by skill, strategy and teamwork, the Bisons emerged victorious against the Grizzlies. The Bisons’ fans will surely remember this game for the team’s impressive performance and look forward to their next match!
