In a thrilling encounter on December 28, 2025, at the Woodman Park Community Centre, the Polar Bears clinched victory over the Crusaders in an adrenaline-pumping ball hockey match! Andre Greene proved to be the star of the snowy spectacle, leading his team to a triumphant close.
The fun began in the first period with Greene striking an even strength goal at the 11-minute 50-second mark, putting the Polar Bears ahead. Not to be overrun, the Crusaders retaliated as Zane Rook netted an equalizer just over a minute later. However, the Polar Bears weren’t done just yet. With 36 seconds remaining in the first period, the unstoppable Greene netted his second goal!
The second period saw the Polar Bears maintain their lead. Andre Greene illustrated his hat-trick heroics with another even strength goal at the 10-minute mark, sealing the game’s fate. The Crusaders put up a valiant fight, but the Polar Bears’ resolve proved too strong.
At the final whistle, the Polar Bears celebrated their victorious day, with a special mention to Greene, whose hat-trick was the highlight of the game. With 21 shots taken by the Polar Bears against the Crusaders’ 15, it was a day filled with relentless action!
