On a brisk Saturday in November, the Brantford Royals and the Jokers clashed in an unforgettable game of ball hockey at BHi Brantford 1. The Royals ruled the rink with a thrilling 5-1 victory over the Jokers.

The excitement began in the very first period when Becca King, assisted by Corey Bennet, netted the first goal for the Royals. The first period also saw a rare double penalty called on Markus Mathurin from the Jokers and Kate Walgraeve from the Royals.

Not phased by the penalty, the Royals continued their onslaught with Tristan Barkman scoring in the second period. Becca King, proving to be an invaluable player, assisted the goal along with Samson Kisac.

The third period was a flurry of goals and penalties. Markus Mathurin of the Jokers finally managed to sneak one past the Royals goalie. However, the Royals retaliated with a trio of goals.
