In an electrifying game of ball hockey on the 29th of October, 2025, the Mustangs galloped past the Jaguars at BHi Brantford 1. With an energy-packed performance from the Mustangs, the game was ripe with action from the very first period.
The Mustangs initiated their scoring spree with an even-strength goal by Jackson Renneberg, assisted by Tyson Gee and Carter Speers, just 9 minutes and 36 seconds into the first period. Not long after, Mason Cutmore, assisted by Kieran Zacher and Lucas Rocha, fired another one into the net at the 7-minute 21-second mark, setting the tone for the remainder of the game.
In the third period, the Mustangs revved up their scoring machine as Lucas Rocha, assisted by Mason Cutmore, netted a goal 7 minutes and 37 seconds in. Jayda Hammer added another goal, with Barron Arsenault providing the assist 5 minutes and 27 seconds into the period. Not stopping there, Lucas Rocha, assisted by Noah Clark, scored another even-strength goal at the 4-minute 11-seconds mark. With barely 2 minutes and 14 seconds left, Mason Cutmore, assisted by Lucas Rocha, sealed the deal with the Mustangs’ final goal.
The Jaguars, however, did not go down without a fight. Duncan McLaughlin, assisted by Riley Guzar, scored an even-strength goal 1 minute and 7 seconds into the third period, showing the team’s spirit till the very end.
Unfortunately for the Jaguars, Colten Valletta was penalized for tripping in the first period, which might have impacted the team’s momentum.
