It was an electrifying afternoon on October 26, 2025, at the BHi Brantford 2, as the Lady Jokers clashed with Back That Pass Up in a spirited game of ball hockey. The Lady Jokers emerged victorious in a game that showcased their skill and teamwork.
From the first period, Layla Renneberg of the Lady Jokers made her intentions clear by scoring the first goal of the game, assisted by Samantha Robdrup. Renneberg showed no signs of slowing down as she scored again in the second period, giving the Lady Jokers a comfortable lead.
The Jokers’ offensive prowess continued as Jocelyn General found the net, with an assist from Renneberg, widening the gap even further. The third period saw a goal from Krissy Skye, with assists by General and Renneberg. Renneberg, unstoppable this game, rounded off her hat-trick in style during the final minutes of the game, once again assisted by Samantha Robdrup.
However, the game wasn’t without its moments of tension. The third period saw Renneberg sent to the penalty box for a tripping violation. But this didn’t halt the Jokers’ momentum, and they kept their lead until the final whistle.
