Shamrocks Triumph Over The Gamblers in Spirited Showdown

October 20, 2025 was a night to remember at BHi Brantford 2 as the Shamrocks took on The Gamblers in a thrilling ball hockey showdown. The Shamrocks proved they were a force to be reckoned with, beating The Gamblers in a high-stakes match dominated by skill and strategy.

From the first period, the Shamrocks established a strong lead with Chris Scott scoring the opening goal with assists from Evgeny Myshkin and Seth Verrips. Scott then doubled his tally with another spectacular goal, this time with the help of Mitch Miller and Brandon Jacusiw. Despite their strong start, the Shamrocks were not unchallenged. The Gamblers’ Marshall Powless managed to sneak in a goal, with an assist from Randon Green, keeping them in the game.

The second period saw the Shamrocks continue their assault with Cody Summers finding the back of the net, assisted by Brandon Jacusiw. Not long after, Tyler Greenway added to the Shamrocks’ lead, thanks to a well-placed assist from Seth Verrips.

Despite a late goal in the third period by The Gamblers’ Kalem Powless, the Shamrocks’ strong defensive play and exceptional goaltending kept them ahead, resulting in a victory. The final whistle blew confirming Shamrocks as the winners of an exciting night of ball hockey.

The game was played in great spirits, with no penalties being awarded throughout the match. With 23 shots by the Shamrocks and 17 by The Gamblers, the game was a true showcase of both teams’ offensive abilities.
