In an exhilarating game of ball hockey on October 19th, 2025, the Brantford Royals – Ladies emerged victorious against Back That Pass Up at the BHi Brantford 1 venue.
The Royals showcased their teamwork and strategy by dominating the game with a series of impressive goals. Heather Barkman, the star of the game, opened the scoring just five minutes into the first period with a well-placed shot, assisted by Kaitlyn Barkman. Not to be outdone, Kaitlyn notched a goal herself a few minutes later with the help of Kherington Gifford and Ashley Barkman, rounding off the first period with the Royals in a strong position.
As the second period started, the Royals maintained their momentum. Heather Barkman once again found the net, this time with Amy Coates and the team’s default goalie assisting. Heather continued her phenomenal performance by scoring another goal halfway through the period, securing a solid win for the Brantford Royals – Ladies.
The game ended without any penalties on either side, a testament to the fair and spirited gameplay. The game was a marvelous display of skill and sportsmanship, keeping the spectators on the edge of their seats till the very end.
