On a thrilling night of October 16, 2025, the Regina Hares showed their dominance on the court against the Trash Pandas at the BHi Brantford 2 venue. The Hares displayed a brilliant performance, keeping their fans on the edge of their seats.
The first period started with the Hares’ Lincoln Humphries scoring an even-strength goal, assisted by Jarrett Cross and Joel Vlietstra, just four minutes into the game. This early lead put the Hares in a favorable position from the get-go. The Trash Pandas made a few attempts to take control but were halted by penalties against Josh Purdy.
In the second period, Ryan Goldberg-Rogers, assisted by Riley Eechaute, added another goal to the Hares’ tally. Despite Trash Pandas’ Lucas Johnston receiving a penalty for holding, they were unable to prevent the Hares from scoring.
In the third and final period, the Hares continued to shine. Ryan Goldberg-Rogers, known for his relentless energy, scored his second goal of the night, replicating the magic once again with the help of Riley Eechaute and Jarrett Cross. Joel Vlietstra, not wanting to miss out on the action, scored two consecutive goals, both assisted by Jacob Stamp and Lincoln Humphries.
The combination of brilliant offense and solid defense led to the Hares’ victory over the Trash Pandas. The scoreboard showed the Hares’ dominance, with them outshooting the Pandas 22 to 11.
