In the first period, Emery MacDonald of the Falcons set the tone with a precise goal, assisted by Jacob Carson and Carter Irwin. The Hawks, not to be outmatched, came back in the second period with a pair of goals by Jacob Marchment, evening the score. Emery MacDonald then scored two more spectacular goals for the Falcons, proving to be a force to be reckoned with. Ella Jackson of the Hawks, however, would not let the Falcons have the last word, scoring in the third period.
