It was a high-stakes match of ball hockey on September 24, 2025, as the Bisons faced off against the Jaguars at BHi Brantford 2. Over the course of the match, both teams showed off their skills, but it was the Jaguars who ultimately secured the win after a thrilling shootout.
The game started with an impressive goal from Bisons’ star, Emmett Parry. But the Jaguars quickly responded as Kierce Williams, Mateo Petitti, and Brayden VanAssen each found the back of the net, assisted by the ever vigilant Ryker Hebb.
The second period saw the Bisons fight back fiercely. Emmett Parry once again demonstrated his scoring abilities with an unassisted goal. Jack Lawson joined him on the scoreboard, assisted by Parker Boulton, bringing the game to an exciting 4-3.
The final period saw goals from both teams. Jaguars’ Riley Guzar scored an unassisted goal to push the Jaguars ahead. But Bisons weren’t ready to back down as Jack Lawson, once again assisted by Parker Boulton, tied the game 4-4.
As the game moved into a pulse-pounding shootout, it was the Jaguars who finally triumphed, with Keegan McLaughlin scoring the decisive goal. The final score was 5-4 in favor of the Jaguars.
