Shamrocks Show Superiority in Thrilling Victory Over Trash Pandas

Fans were treated to an exciting display of ball hockey on the evening of September 22, 2025. The Shamrocks hosted the Trash Pandas at the BHi Brantford 1 venue, and what a game it turned out to be!

The match started with a quick tempo, as both teams looked to establish an early lead. Lucas Johnston of the Trash Pandas scored the opening goal of the match within 7 minutes of the first period. He was brilliantly assisted by Cody Perrodou and Josh Purdy. However, the Shamrocks did not take long to respond, with Austin Scott finding an equalizer within the same minute.

The second period saw Lucas Johnston scoring again for the Trash Pandas, but the Shamrocks retaliated with a double strike! Evgeny Myshkin and Chris Scott scored to help the Shamrocks take the lead.

Heading into the third period, the Shamrocks had the momentum and they extended their lead further. A goal each from Brandon McCready and Brandon Jacusiw helped the Shamrocks to consolidate their position and seal the game.

The match ended with a final scoreline of Shamrocks 5, Trash Pandas 2. Despite the Trash Pandas’ efforts, the Shamrocks’ attacking prowess proved too strong to handle. A special shout-out goes to the referees Riley Stelling and Machaela Mathurin, and the timekeeper Alyssa Miles, who did an excellent job in officiating the game. Looking forward to more such thrilling encounters in the league!
