The Bandits set the tone early in the game with Nico Carmichael scoring the first goal just 7 minutes and 41 seconds into the first period, thanks to a splendid assist from Grady McCall. The Dream Team, though putting up a brave fight, could not break through the Bandits’ strong defense and were left scoreless at the end of the period.
As the game progressed into the third period, the Bandits continued to widen the gap. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly Alyssa Smith’s impressive goal, just 1 minute and 58 seconds into the period. Assisted by Nico Carmichael, this goal not only asserted the Bandits’ dominance but also showcased Smith’s spectacular scoring prowess.
